HARRISONBURG, VA – The Cathcart Group, a Charlottesville, Virginia-based real estate developer, construction general contractor, and property management company, is building on their 19-acre site between Spring Road and Apple Valley Road. In the heart of the expanding Stone Port mixed-use area, this site will soon be home to Cathcart’s newest community, The Wentworth.
