CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA — The Reserve at Belvedere, the latest luxury community from The Cathcart Group, celebrates it’s Grand Opening Friday, May 3rd through Sunday, May 5th , 2013. A VIP luncheon and ribbon cutting ceremony started the weekend festivities. Rip Cathcart, Owner of Cathcart Group welcomed over 100 guests including representatives from Albemarle County, the Department of Housing & Urban Development, and many companies that were instrumental in building The Reserve. Guests were impressed with the overall design, and the success of leasing which is projected to be at 96% by the end of June 2013. The public Grand Opening is Saturday May 4th from 11‐4 and includes a live band with food, and Sunday’s public event is May 5th from 1‐4 and includes a wine tasting and live music.
